Old Line CrossFit is Severna Park’s premier CrossFit facility, combining intelligent dietary planning with strength and conditioning programs to deliver the best results. CrossFit is a type of strength and conditioning workout that uses your own bodyweight for resistance in order to build power all over. In addition to traditional CrossFit training, the facility also offers ChickFit specifically for women only, CrossFit for Kids classes, and RuckFit, a combination of military physical training, functional fitness, and object movements.
The 7,000-square-foot space is your home for total body transformation, offering ample room for you to stretch out and sweat without bumping into your neighbor or tripping over a weight rack. Yelpers also love the qualified coaches, who are supportive and some of the most knowledgeable professionals in the fitness industry. Classes are offered daily with both early morning and evening sessions available.
