Plan a Visit to the Menya Hosaki Ramen Pop-Up This Weekend

The secret is out about Menya Hosaki Ramen, a pop-up noodle shop located right on the Howard-Anne Arundel line, and you’ll want to take advantage of it while it’s still around. Tucked inside a deli in an industrial park near Fort Mead, this hidden storefront is a test-run of the offerings that the restaurant will eventually roll out in its brand-new Petworth DC location next spring. For now, though, you can preview the menu here (and give the staff feedback on your favorite dishes).

The kitchen regularly rotates its offerings, but always features at least four different ramen noodle dishes, including classic seafood-infused shoyu, deeply-flavored tonkotsu, and dipping-style tsukemen, as well as house specialties like the "Baltimore Sun" with creamy pork broth, cabbage, pickled ginger and pork belly. Need help finding the place? Just look for the green awning, and you’ll know you’re in the right spot.
